'We took a private 3 hour Historic Center Tour of Rome, with Eternal Tours. Our guide, Manuela, was really terrific!!! Not only was she thoroughly knowledgeable about everything we saw, but she was quite friendly and very accommodating as to what we wanted to see. Manuela was able to squeeze in so very much in just three hours! We were extremely pleased with the cost of the tour - much lower than we had anticipated for a private tour - and we were also quite impressed with the communications we received from Pete, the gentleman who arranged the tour for us. It was definitely worth every single penny!!! There is just no better way to see Rome than with a guide who was able to explain so much about the history of what it was we were looking at. We should have booked ALL of our tours with Eternal Tours! We took two other tours while we were in Rome with a company called Viator and they were AWFUL!!! We were VERY disappointed with Viator for the over-priced, under-informative tour of the Vatican, and the over-priced bus trip tour of Tuscany. I wish we knew about Eternal Tours before we ever took those other two tours. What a waste of money they were. Live and learn. Grazie, Manuela!
