Our Cancellations Policy is tiered as follows
If you cancel your Tour in writing to info@eternaltoursrome.net up to one week before the scheduled start date and have already paid, you will be refunded 100% within 3 days of you notifying us of said cancellation. It is not possible under any circumstances to cancel by telephone and expect a refund, we need written confirmation.
If you cancel your Tour in writing (by e-mail as above) less than one week before the scheduled start date and have already paid, you will be refunded 75% within 3 days of you notifying us of said cancellation etc.
If you have any questions about an existing cancellation or have paid for a Tour/s in advance and need to cancel for any reason, please contact us and we'll process your refund as above once appropriate notification has been received. Refunds are issued using the same payment gateway. |
